Precious Capital Ltd. is a Swiss Investment Company dedicated to global mining investments. The company was founded in 2005 and is regulated by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA).
The Company has a global network within the mining space and manages the Precious Capital Global Mining & Metals Fund, a securities fund operating under Swiss law, which is focusing on listed mining investments as well as selective Pre-IPO situations. The investments are made within the different stages of the mining lifecycle and the current strategic focus lies on mid-sized precious metals companies.
In December 2008, Precious Capital has appointed a new management and the shareholders elected in 2009 two new members of the board to reflect the new strategy of the company.
